The original screen grabs of ViewPoint before my redesign.
The former ViewPoint® asset management system featured an outdated UI, inconsistent navigation, and a cluttered information hierarchy. With multiple navigation patterns that changed unpredictably across pages and a heavy reliance on dense tables and charts, the platform made locating critical safety and maintenance data difficult, leading to inefficiencies and user frustration.

A behind-the-scenes look at how I tackled ViewPoint’s workflow challenges using Adobe XD and Google Sheets. From mapping out user flows to refining navigation and building wireframes, every step focused on making tasks smoother and more intuitive. Usability testing helped fine-tune the experience, cutting out the clutter and making safety and maintenance management way more efficient.

The redesigned ViewPoint® UI, built upon my wireframes, demonstrates how improved structure and usability create a more intuitive user experience. While the final interface design was a collaborative effort, my work in navigation, workflows, and information architecture provided the essential foundation for a more consistent and user-friendly system.
